Our Law Office which has been established in Ankara, Turkey, in 2002 has made principle to give extensive legal service within the framework of reliance and confidentiality rules between the attorney and client, by giving priority to well-built legal structure, and has always elaborated to reach the optimum solution in every phase of the legal dispute.

Koray Ayvalı Law Office is providing legal consultancy to both Turkish and foreign companies in various sectors including oil&gas exploration and production,electricity market (especially thermal, hydroelectric and wind energy power plants), insdustrial and trade fairs, heating-cooling systems, import and export of medical supplies. Besides performing “preventive lawyering”, for our clients, we search for administrative and legal resolution mechanisms with respect to the resolution of legal disputes, apply for and follow-up with the transactions before the concerning institutions and establishments, and initate and conduct litigation including executive proceedings.
